light and lemon fresh pasta~

 
 
pasta with chicken and lemon
 
chicken tenders
olive oil
s&p
onion
garlic
1 c orzo
2 1/4 c chicken broth
asparagus
spinach
lemon
parmesan
 
sauté onion, garlic and chicken, toss in sliced asparagus and orzo.
add chicken broth and bring to boil for 5' with lid on
remove lid and add spinach, lemon juice and zest
reduce to desired sauciness
add parmesan and s&p to taste
garnish
