after waiting 3 months, the last window finally arrived, it will fit under the 1/2 round window, then we can finally finish all the interior trim.

the seeds are popping up daily!

i have started loads of cuttings

transplanted my first seedlings into 6 packs, this greenhouse is going to be overflowing fast!

Pork wrapped in puff pastry

Olive oil

Brown seasoned pork on all four sides and remove to cool

Saute onion until golden

Lay out

Puff pastry

Honey mustard

Sliced apples

sautéed onion

Top with pork and wrap

Brush with egg yolk

Bake at 400 for 40'
let sit ten minutes before carving
