1/4 c balsamic

1/4 olive oil

1 T Dijon

2 T honey

3 T fresh thyme

s&p

 

marinate salmon in baggie for 30'

 

bake at 375 for 10-15', depending on thickness

 

 

I think an extra bit of balsamic glaze after baking would be a good thing~
