a favorite for us, fresh roasted garlic tomato soup...
toss
tomatoes
carrots
red onion
fist full of garlic cloves with
olive oil
s&p
roast at 400 for about 40' until charred with color
pour straight from oven into dutch oven
add chicken stock
use immersion blender
you can add cream to taste
I like mine pure veggies smothered with fresh basil
my husband likes to add a blt
