Apple bread pudding



 
4 apples peeled and diced
Saute in 1/2 cube of butter
2 T Brown sugar
Heaping t of cinnamon

Cook for five minutes until tender

add a can Grand biscuits, cut into 8 pieces each
Stir to coat
Poor into deep dish pie pan

in small bowl mix
1 egg yolk
1/2 milk
2 T Brown sugar
T cinnamon
 
Pour over and press firmly

Bake at 350 for 30'

Pour 1/2 cup caramel sauce over bread

Mix powder sugar and maple syrup together to
Drizzle over it all


DIVE IN! 
don't forget the whip cream for an extra  pure indulgence!

  1. Oh my...how quick and easy too! I didn't know you didn't like bread...how is this possible? ;) I haven't had bread pudding in ages, this is worth the calories!
