Tater Tot breakfast casserole






Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole
400°
9x13 
35-40'

Mix and pour in pan

1 C bisquick
4 eggs
2 C milk
1 C diced red onion
Diced red pepper (partial)
1 C shredded Colby jack cheese (partial)
5 slices chopped bacon ( partial)
s&p

Remove and bake 
425°
20'
1 lb tater tots


Pour tater tots over casserole
2 C Colby jack cheese
Bake 10'

Dress with 
Chives
Avocado cubed
Red pepper chopped
bacon crumbled

Serve with ketchup

    That looks fabulous. I will have to give it a try. We don't have bisquick, but I'm sure I can find something.

      Thank you, I use bisquick because it has baking soda in the mix, fast and easy!.
