 My neighbor was so kind to share honey from her property with me, I happily indulged!

Honey thyme no bake cheesecake

Pulse

Sleeve of graham crackers

6 T butter

2 t lemon thyme herb

Drop in bottom of containers

Whip until smooth

1 2/3 C Greek yogurt strained in cheesecloth overnight

2 bricks cream cheese room temperature

1/4 C honey

t lemon zest

2 t lemon juice

Chill 4 hours

Honey drizzle

1/3 honey

2 t lemon thyme

t lemon zest

Heat 2' cool and drizzle
