Roasted grapes with goat cheese and parmesan tart






Savory cheese tarts
Bake 400°
15'

Parmesan crust

6 T butter
T oil
3 T water
1 C flour
1/4 C parmesan cheese
S&P

Melt liquids in microwave
Add dry 
Combine
Divide into 4
Press into tart pans
Prick with fork

Goat or cream cheese filling

Garlic
Rosemary
1 C cheese
T olive oil
2 t lemon juice
S&P
water to make smooth 
Combine and pour into tart shells

 Roasted grapes
400 °
15-20'

2 C grapes
T olive oil
S&P 

Garnish with rosemary
Drizzle balsamic glaze
