brie soup with grape cluster bread







 
 


brie and green chile soup with freshly harvested bread grape clusters~

brie soup~

onion
celery
2 cans of diced green chiles, 8 oz
2 cups chicken broth
4 T butter
2 T flour
2 cups half and half
16 oz brie

sautee onions and celery, whisk in flour, liquids and small bits of brie until smooth, add chiles last

  4. Oh the soup looks divine~is it really spicy, I'm sort of a wimp :) I guess I could only use one can of chilies? Your grape cluster bread is of course, genius!
