dutch babies with fresh picked apples and persimmons
preheat oven to 425
combine in blender
3 eggs
T sugar
1/2 milk
1/2 flour
melt 4T of butter into oven safe deep dish pie plate
pour batter over melted butter and bake for 20 minutes
pour batter over melted butter and bake for 20 minutes
turn off oven and let rest 5' and remove
sauté thin sliced apples and persimmons in butter and brown sugar, add cinnamon to taste
serve over pancake and for extra decadence add a dollop of fresh whip cream!
