rosie moments

rosie is growing up so fast she already feels like a dog, her puppy days are flying by! i am so grateful for katie, she is the best mentor and friend i could have imagined for her, and frankly, my doggie day care! whenever i am outside i never worry about rosie, i know she is faithfully off playing with katie. i have open land, its easy to spot black and white blizzards swirling around, a friend was over and thought she was looking at a skunk off in the distance, instead of my wild rose. 

one day the dogs were not in sight for an hour, i assumed my husband had put them indoors, suddenly rosie races up to me sopping wet, she had discovered the fountains in the courtyard, who needs my water bowl when she can plunge instead! i put her on the loveseat in the rose garden to dry and snapped some pics, let me tell you its hard to get a focused puppy pic, she is never still unless unconscious...

she has a group of extra long white eyebrow hairs on one side only...

katie is having the time of her life, its like living at the beach again where she ran and ran and ran, now its ALL day long! she happily grabs a wink when she can...

but she always keeps a close eye on rosie

and rosie loves to crawl in bed with katie...
