pumpkin butter

 new to me, i was seeing pumpkin butter pop up in various recipes, supper easy to make, and of course, it is delish!

it's wonderful by the spoonful, swirled in yogurt, spread on pumpkin english muffins or added to hot and cold drinks~

PUMPKIN BUTTER

2 cans pumpkin puree, not pie filling, 29 ounces

1 cup brown sugar

Cinnamon sticks

3/4 c apple cider

1/4 maple syrup

2 t vanilla

2 T pumpkin pie spice

Bring mixture to boil than simmer for 40'
