plum ginger crumble
preheat oven to 425
one pie crust
cube of butter
3/4 c brown sugar
1 cup oats
1/2 c flour
12-15 plums cut in pieces
fresh ginger to taste
3/4 sugar
3 T cornstarch
combine melted butter and brown sugar, mix until smooth, fold in oats and flour.
set aside to cool
set aside to cool
in large bowl hand fold plums, ginger, sugar and cornstarch, pour into pie crust.
top with crumble
bake at 425 for 15'
reduce to 375 and bake 30-45'
allow to cool 45'
serve with ice cream
