Butternut soup with curry



 
Butternut soup

Onion
Celery 
Carrots
Yukon gold potatoes
Apples
Butternut
Curry
chicken broth
S&p

Saute onion, celery and carrots for 10-12'
Add curry, stir 1'
Add broth, potatoes, butternut and apples and simmer for 30-40'

Puree in batches
 
for extra hearty flavor serve with sour cream and crumbled bacon
