preheat oven to 400
split peaches and baste with mixture of
melted butter 2-3 T
brown sugar or honey
cinnamon
bake for 20-30' until tender
serve with
mascarpone cream and chopped candied ginger
mix whip cream, mascarpone and ginger syrup to taste
serve warm
