Wrap cookie sheet in aluminum foil
Lay sheets to wrap ribs
remove membrane
Cut in half if too big
Dry rub and let rest 20'
To taste 1-3 T each
paprika
Garlic salt
Onion powder
Cayenne
Thyme
Oregano
S&P
Place ribs meaty side down
Lift and pour hard apple cider under ribs
Wrap very tightly in aluminum foil
Bake at 275° for 2.5-3 hours
Switch shelves 1/2 through.
When knife slides in easily they are done
Drain off liquids and put on clean tray with silpat.
Slather with bbq sauce and broil for 3' on each side
ENJOY!
