Roasted Grapes and Goat cheese dessert tart







Brown sugar tart shell
9" tart pan
 350°
25'

1/2 C butter soft
1/2 C brown sugar
t vanilla
1 1/2 C flour

Whip butter and sugar until fluffy
Add remaining
Dough crumbly
Press in tart pan
Cool

Whipped goat cheese filling

C goat cheese
2/3 C yogurt
1/3 C honey
t vanilla
Orange zest

Whip, fill and chill 4 hours

Roasted grapes
400 ° 15-20'

3 C grapes
2 T olive oil
2 T Sugar
Sliced orange
Fresh thyme

Toss and bake
