    Oh it's always hard to lose a large tree. We had to take down a 50 year old pecan this spring. Your clematis collection is gorgeous! We are planning a trip to Napa in July and I am so excited.

    It's so hard to lose such a mature tree. I'm still missing ours and the shade it provided...fun to watch them work and climb. They're fearless!
