cinnamon asian pear cobbler

ASIAN PEAR COBBLER

preheat oven to 350

melt one cube of butter in 9 by 13 pyrex

mix together

1 cup flour

1 and 1/2 t baking powder

3/4 c sugar

3/4 milk

pour over the butter, do not mix

peel and slice 5+ asian pears and drop on batter

sprinkle 1/4 c cinnamon sugar over the pan

bake for 40'

serve warm with ice cream
