sweet and savory~

strawberry and brie hand pies
preheat oven to 350

two rolls of prefab pie crusts

cook the following over medium heat until thick and bubbly for 10'

 strawberries around 1 to 1.5 cups cut up
1/2 c sugar
2 T cornstarch
(rosemary optional)

cut 4" circles from pie crusts
place sliced brie in center
top with strawberry jam
cover and pinch closed
Brush with egg or milk wash

 bake for 20-25' until golden
