heirloom tomato tart topped with basil lemon vinaigrette





pie crust

goat cheese
ricotta
parmesan
salt and pepper
garlic
lemon zest
fresh thyme

bake 350 for 30' until golden

top with

heirloom tomatoes halved with salt and pepper

dress with~

basil pesto
lemon juice and zest
honey
white vinegar

fresh basil for garnish~

Much fun and many thanks to you! I thought I had my fill of tomatoes but I'm craving this tart with tangy goat cheese and basil lemon vinaigrette!
