A is for apricot~

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
apricot puff pastry
 
apricots cut in half
puff pastry
apricot jam brushed on bottom of pastry 
sugar sprinkled on top
 
bake at 400 for 20'
 
serve with ginger whip cream
