I saw your wonderful advent calendar over at Mary's and had to take a trip over. What a beautiful gardening one too! You are so talented. This is such a fun idea. I love your little pots and yummy treats. The painted clothespins are adorable too. I am so glad I got to see this. You amaze me!!
I want to make little boxwood wreaths for napkin rings. Such a sweet idea. And I want a plant center that sells those cute mini pots of shaped boxwood. California has such incredible plant centers! I'm enjoying your garden advent calendar. '-)
hi cippy, yes it is my boxwood, my front walkways are lined in it, 25 years old now :-)
sarah the mini pots are just clipping, i used a cone foam for the tree shapped, tied a clump together for the topiary and then just clipped a quasi ball for the other, instant fun! i will say it was pouing rain while i worked, those fuzzy shots are raindrops on my lens, personally i loved ever wet moment of it!
Such garden fun ffrom you, your creativity knows no bounds :)

ReplyDeleteYour photos pull me in, so realistic I can almost hear the little snip-snip of your clippers and see bits of green wafting in the air. Gorgeous.
