comfort food...

when its white out conditions, as in thick, cold, heavy fog, nothing beats soft warm food... since i can't make fresh brownies everyday, i occasionally make comfort food for my husband. ok, frankly, its more for me, since i don't like ground round i make this wonderful stuffed turkey meatloaf~













stuffed turkey meatloaf

for loaf combine the following

ground turkey
egg
oatmeal
milk
s&p
italian seasoning

for stuffing saute below

spinach
mushrooms
onions
swiss cheese

line the pan with loaf, add filling and pat on top, season with more italian season and fresh parmesan. bake at 350 for about 50'
