strawberry bacon poppy seed salad













strawberry poppy dressing

1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon diced red onion
⅓ cup sugar
⅓ cup white vinegar
¼ cup strawberries, chopped
½ cup olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoons poppyseeds

pour over

6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
2 cups strawberries, chopped
8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ red onion, diced
1 cup crumbled feta cheese

Oh the color and flavor of your dressing and what a beautiful garden setting too! It is hot as blazes and twice as humid here, way too hot for June. I don't know who's going to expire first, me of the flowers :)
