happy fourth of july~
sour cherry pies
pie crust
4 cups sour cherries
1/2 c sugar
lemon juice and zest
cornstarch slurry mix for thickening
bring mixture to a boil for about 10-12 minutes.
cool. fill cupcake liners and decorate
egg wash for browning
bake at 350-375 for 25' until golden
