puff pastry salmon

  1. I've never worked with puff pastry, so I need you to explain a little more. Now, it comes in sheets right? So do you separate into the four? And do I see that it's shaped like a fish? Looks yum...I want to make this!

  2. hi cippy, you will love this. cut your fish into 4 pieces, then cut the pastry a bit larger than the fish. i score around the edge with a knife about 1/2" inside the pastry, this way when you serve the fish its still puffy on the outside. i did cut out a fish shape too, you can do what ever you want, but usually one sheet will do 4 pieces. i season my fish with s&p and then almonds and bake with the pastry. its a beautiful and delicious meal all in 15'.
