tarragon chicken al fresco...



grab the candles...


cue the sun...



enjoy the magic...


chicken breasts
s&p
onion
white wine
lemon
tarragon leaves
1/2 cup cream
dijon mustard

saute chicken breasts in olive oil seasoned with s&p. remove, add wine to deglaze and onions to soften. add lemon juice, tarragon, cream and mustard. cut chicken and serve in sauce.

  1. Magic indeed! What a gorgeous setting and sunset! Dining by candle light never looked so good~ I could happily munch on shoe leather with that view but your Tarragon Chicken would be delightful :)

  2. Don't know what type of music you like but I just bought "Moonlight Serenade" by Carly Simon...some fabulous classics. If I added this to any of your fabulous sundown candle lite dinners I think I'd be in heaven!
    Your weather always looks so beautiful there...where ever you are? It's raining in south Texas today...we are feeling blessed!
