tarragon chicken al fresco...





grab the candles...



cue the sun...





enjoy the magic...



chicken breasts
s&p
onion
white wine
lemon
tarragon leaves
1/2 cup cream
dijon mustard

saute chicken breasts in olive oil seasoned with s&p. remove, add wine to deglaze and onions to soften. add lemon juice, tarragon, cream and mustard. cut chicken and serve in sauce.
