spiced holiday wreath with cranberries

 
spiced meringue wreath

6 egg whites
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 t nutmeg
1 1/2 t white vinegar

preheat oven to 350, drop to 250 and bake for 90' leave in oven to cool





fresh whip cream
sugared cranberries
mint

 
sugared cranberries

1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup cranberries

make a simple syrup, heat and add cranberries, set in fridge overnight. drain the next morning and roll in sugar, leave out to dry for a few hours on a cookie sheet.
