tomato zucchini tart
use your favorite crust prebaked or even puff pastry
fill with goat cheese, ricotta, parmesan, garlic, lemon zest, mozzarella, fresh herbs, you get the idea, whatever you like for a base~
layer with tomatoes, red onion and squash, drizzle with olive oil.
sprinkle with herbs de provence or basil
bake at 350 for around 30'
Gorgeous, I'm not a zuc or squash fan but with that rainbow of colors over puff pastry and goat cheese I could quickly become a convert! Tart perfection with all your discs :)
