a little pie with your cookie...






strawberry pie cookies

pie crust
cream cheese
powder sugar
jam

egg wash, which didn't work for me, it spread jam all over the cookie when i was brushing :-(

bake at 350 for 20 minutes until golden

    It's so strange...just tonight I found my mini-pie maker. It was in the bottom drawer, and I've been musing ever since..what to make? Now I know.
