halibut veracruzana







pescado a la veracruzana
 from my abuela's table

halibut
lemon 
s&p
onion
tomatoes
cilantro
jalapeno
white wine
butter

preheat oven to 400

lightly oil a dish, place fish, squeeze lemon shake s&p
add chopped onion, tomatoes, cilantro, chillies
pour wine, or more lemon juice, and dot with butter
cover with foil, or not, and bake until fish is cooked
