with so much to love I was eager to get out and play, it is always...

to wrap up my California picnic series, I decided there is no place like...

  1. Oh my word...I didn't think you could top yourself after your artist picnic! What a feast for the eyes and picnic fun! I can't imagine being able to stage all your fun props and hang a ribbon garland, write in watermelon, bake a pavlova, tomato tart AND cherry pie! Wash it all down with strawberry slush! I have the same retro fruit picnic tin but it will never tote some many delicious treats. Love your fruit plates, fun straws, colorful napkins and fluttering ribbon garland...a Perfect Picnic! Thanks for organizing the fun this week and letting me watch you play :)

  4. Of course your photos and the whole post today was absolutely awesome, but what really wowed me was that cherry pie...what a work of art! I happen to really like cherry pie, but I don't know if I could cut into that masterpiece. What a gorgeous pie!
