butternut soup with goat cheese and pomegranates~

this is SO delish, i don't measure things, i just wing it, but i will say i did a very HEAVY pour of white wine to a smidge of chicken stock, i think thats why this tastes so darn good. with the goat cheese and pomegranates, it was heavenly~

butternut soup with goat cheese and pomegranates

butternut cubed and roasted with red onions, garlic, olive oil, s&p and brown sugar at 400 for 30' until tender
chicken broth
white wine

use immersion blender, VERY thick, just how i like it, au natural, except for all that vino... woonderful with crispy french bread and more goat cheese dunked~
