from garden to table~

pomegranate lemon cheesecake

i make this many ways, but the basics are...

pie crust baked
cream cheese tub or whipped
sugar or sweetened condensed milk
whip cream or greek yogurt
zest and juice of one lemon
pomegranate arils

you can also drizzle with reduced sweetened pomegranate juice, but i love to add loads of fresh homegrown seeds for a sweet crunchy pop of flavor with the tang of garden fresh just picked lemon zest~
