aspargus pie~

asparagus pie

pie crust
one and half pounds blanched asparagus, chopped but save 9 spears
green onions
swiss cheese
2 T dijon mustard
2 eggs
1 1/2 c half and half

preheat oven to 425

bake pie crust for 10'
layer and spread, cover with cream mixture, bake 20' until golden and firm, serve cold~
