Bake 375° 35-40

Parchment lined 8x8

C oatmeal

3/4 C flour

1/3 C brown sugar

Ginger

6 T melted butter

2 C strawberries

t cornstarch

Lemon juice

Glaze

1/2 powdered sugar

T lemon juice

Make crumble set aside 1/2 cup

Press firmly in pan with measuring cup

Scatter 1/2 the berries, sprinkle cornstarch, lemon juice T sugar

Add the rest of the berries and T sugar.

Last of crumble
