Blackberry Cheese Danish
bake at 425 for 20'
puff pastry
4 oz neufchatel cheese
T powder sugar
T lemon juice
T fresh thyme
1 C berry jam
2 cups blackberries
1 T cornstarch
Sugar Glaze
4 T powder sugar
T milk
Roll out dough and make a curled edge
Mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon and thyme
spread on pastry
mix jam, berries and cornstarch
spread evenly
cool and drizzle
Oh my goodness I think I gained weight just looking at this . . . it looks marvelous :)
