butternut and gogonzola tart






~butternut tart~

pie crust prebaked

3 slices of crisp bacon
caramelized onions
sauteed butternut squash
gorgonzola cheese
fresh sage

2eggs
2/3 c cream

layer onions, butternut, bacon, cheese, pour mixture, sprinkle fresh sage, bake at 350 for 20-25' until set

perfect meal with a spinach salad~
