brie en croute with figs and rosemary











true confessions... you are looking at leftovers. i had taken a brie wedge and wrapped it with puff pastry and figs, we had already eaten the tip off the night before, this is my version of lunch now ;-) everyone has seen the lovely wheels wrapped, well feast your eyes on a pie wedge, missing the point~

puff pasty
fresh figs mixed with fig jam and chopped rosemary
spread mixture on pastry
place brie on top and wrap
decorate and bake at 425 for about 20' until golden
serve with baguette
