a gift from the sea

to me... from EDDIE!







halibut with summer fruits and ginger

fresh caught halibut, delivered right off the boat by the fisherman himself :-)
s&p

bake at 400 for 10' until tender depending on thickness

blackberries
blueberries
raspberries
mango
fresh ginger minced
parsley or cilantro
green onions

thank you eddie so much for such a wonderful gift! just as we sat down to dinner to dine on this gorgeous halibut up he pulls with a bag full of fresh oysters! thank you for sharing your bounty from the sea!
