Homemade Irish Cream
1 1/4 cups Irish whiskey
3/4 cup heavy cream (I used 1 cup)
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend briefly until mixed.
2. Transfer mixture to a clean glass bottle. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months. Shake well before using.
