Fresh fig tart







Fig tart
 Pie crust pre baked and cooled

8 figs 
Cut in half
Sprinkle with brown sugar
Fresh rosemary
Bake at 400° for 15-20'

8 oz marscapone
4 oz goat cheese
1/3 C Greek yogurt
3 T honey

Whip cheeses at room temperature until creamy
Add yogurt
Honey to taste

Cool for at least an hour plus
