Saute 1/2 yellow onion and garlic, cool

Combine

1/2 panko

1/4 parmesan

Egg

1/3 C milk

Salt

Oregano

Allspice

Nutmeg

Pepper

3/4 lb beef

1/2 lb pork

Sauce

4T butter

Cornstarch

2 C beef broth

2t Worcestershire sauce

2t parsley

1/2 sour cream room temp

Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes
