butternut soup with ginger...

and fried sage croutons







6 cups broth
2 potatoes
butternut squash fresh, cut up into cubes
ginger
butter

wheat bread, cubed
sage
butter

I've never added ginger to butternut squash. That with the sage croutons would take this soup over the top!
