fig with goat cheese and basil~



































i can't begin to tell you how divine these are, i only hope the pics do this justice...

fig goat cheese pie

pie crust

1/2 c goat cheese
1/2 c cream
1 egg
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c flour
pinch of salt
fresh basil chopped
5 cups of figs cut in quarters

1 c sliced almonds
1/2 c sugar
1/3 c melted butter

bake at 350 for 20'
