s'mores cheesecake
preheat oven to 325
crust
1 1/4 c cinnamon graham crackers crushed
5 T sugar
5 T butter
combine and press in pan
bake for 10'
filling
24 oz cream cheese
1c sugar
2 t flour
3/4 c cocoa powder
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
mix first four ingredients, add eggs and sour cream
drop oven to 300 degrees
wrap cheesecake in aluminum foil and bake in water bath for 90'
chill for several hours until firm
topping
jumbo marshmallows
hot fudge sauce
cover as generous as you like with marshmallows, bake at 350 for 12' until they puff, ooze, dribble over and brown
drizzle with hot fudge sauce

this is ultra rich, gooey, and VERY hard to cut! when fresh from the oven the marshmallows are crispy and hard to cut, when cooled, marshmallows are sticky and impossible to cut, they just squish, if you like sweet and messy, this recipe is for you!
