fig puff pastry
sheet puff pastry thawed
egg wash T water
1/4 c powder sugar
6 ounces cream cheese
2 t vanilla
8-10 figs
T honey
2 T lemon juice
drizzle
1/3 c powder sugar
2 T milk
bake 400 degrees
milk cream cheese with sugar and t vanilla
slice figs in 1/2 then thirds
marinate figs with vanilla, honey and lemon juice
roll out puff pastry and cut into 6 rectangles
spread 2 T of cream cheese with offset spatula
place 8-9 figs per piece and press in cream cheese
brush edges with egg wash
bake 16'
when tarts have cooled drizzle sugar
