Egg Nog Glazed Spritz
1 C butter
2/3 C sugar
1 egg
1 T vanilla
2 1/4 c flour
nutmeg
Glaze
powdered sugar
eggnog
nutmeg freshly grated
cream butter, sugar, egg and vanilla, add dry and mix. press your cookies and
bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes. while still warm, brush with glaze.

Your old fashioned Spritz cookies look perfect for the season, especially with an eggnog glaze! Love the double spritz and with your garden advent calendar too :) You have me itching to bake and play with my calendar ♥

ReplyDeleteI've never really been a fan of the spritz cookie, but your eggnog glaze puts a new spin on them. They really sound so much more appealing. You make me want to give them a try again!
